Default Remove Backup and Backup Wizard icons

Can anyone explain to me the easiest way to remove the Backup and Backup Wizard icons from Cpanel. We do offsite backups daily for all sites, so I don't want users running their own as I often find massive orphaned backup files. Also it's alot of extra cpu load that isn't needed.

I suppose I could modify the theme? Any specific editor for that?

You can disable the backup service in whm > packages > feature manager > edit > disabled. un-tick the appropriate box(s) will remove the icons in cpanel as well.
