Removing a single entry from CPHulk

I have a single user who inadvertently got put on the CPHulk block list surrounded by about a dozen legitimate entries that I want to keep blocked. Is there any way to remove the one, without flushing the entire database?

You should have a database in MySQL named "cphulkd"
