Default Renewing WHM SSL from 1024 to 2048 bits

    WHM v11.25.0

I am trying to renew my WHM/CPANEL SSL Certificate. It is currently at 1024 bits. I want to renew it at 2048 bits. Does this absolutely require that the old certificate be removed and a new one generated? I cannot generate another CSR for the site so I cannot request a new certificate at this point.

Since the key size is related to whether selecting 1024 or 2048 during the CSR and key generation, you would need to generate a new CSR. I'm not exactly certain I understand the part about being unable to generate a new CSR, though. Is that area not working for you?
