Requiring Complex Passwords for Clients
1. is there a addon that will autogenerate a password for a customer
2. is there somewhere that will require the customers password to be complex when they try to change it. so they can't pick their dog or kid's name without having it be upper/lower case and including numbers.

1. No, not implemented at the moment. Perhaps you can submit this as a feature request for possible future inclusion in cpanel.
2. cPanel already does simple password checking. If a client attempts to change their password to "dog" then the system will reject it and tell the user to create something a little harder to guess.
