Reseller account feature limit

I'm configuring some reseller plans and want to control features the reseller has and everything looks fine (on a test reseller account) but I see that the reseller can see those on WHM

Plugins

* Configure Support Request Submission
* Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin
* Mod Security
* RVSkin Manager

I couldn't know what feature does control showing those add-ons because I don't want resellers to have access to those options

any idea how to disable those for resellers ?

Resellers can not modify the plugins, they only see the list.
