reseller account is not listing in reseller drop down menu

In one of the server the reseller account is not listing in reseller drop down menu in the reseller center.. How can that dissapear. The account has got the reseller privileges..

Hello,

Check the file /var/cpanel/resellers, If the user is missing, add the user to that file. It will help you to solve this issue
