Reseller account privilges
Hi,
I have a problem that when i create a new account and choose to be a reseller he dont get the reseller priviliges automatic. I have to go to reseller center and assign ACL to these account to be able to make accounts from his account. Even if i make the order from WHMCS billing its act the same way as above. How i could fix these porblem? My server have Cpanel11 Fantistico RVSkin WHMCS Billing |

You will have to assign the priviledges each time you make a new reseller in whm.
As for whmcs, you would have to check with them regarding this, it has nothing to do with the way whm normally does it. |

When you are creating a cPanel account and select the option to make them a reseller, they only receive the minimum level of access needed to be able to get into WHM. They will be unable to create accounts etc. until you grant that cPanel user those reseller permissions.
