Reseller getting "Sorry you cannot create this account becau

I gave this reseller a 10gb limit. He has used 7.5gb and is getting this error when trying to add another site....

Sorry you cannot create this account because you are out of disk space. You only have -1 Megabytes remaining, and this account requires 1024

How do I fix this?

Go into reseller center and make sure you dont have the box ticked to limit them to space.
