Reseller limits question

When I create a reseller account and I limit their usage for the accounts they can create through the Resource Limits Menu that has nothing to do with the limits that are set within the Create a New Account menu where you first indicate that that account is a reseller, right? So whatever limits I put in the Create a New Account menu, those limits are for that domain account only and not for their clients/customers?

I just need to get this straight.

That is correct. The resource limits is what the reseller is physically limited to. It has nothing to do with the package size he can sell unless you do not allow overselling then he is restricted to the resource limits.
