Reseller made account with unlimited space when shouldn't have been able to

A customer made an account with unlimited space via WHM under the package "default".

Two problems:

1. The box to allow unlimited disk space isnt checked in his reseller priveldeges.
2. No package "default" exists.

He was originally assigned a plan on our server with limits, be he somehow changed this.

Anyone know what I need to check? Is this a security bug?

Maybe it is because he could edit package - before at least then he can change values to no limit.
