Reseller Privileges / Pointless?

So we can have a setting where resellers cannot create accounts with shell access. Great!

But, we cant allow our resellers to edit packages or accounts because then they can give out shell access?

This on the near future fix list?

That's not true. Our resellers can Add/Edit/Delete their Packages, but cannot offer Shell Access !?!
