Reseller remote access key problem...

Hi, I'm having a strange issue...

If I try and connect remotely to WHM using the root username and access key it works fine but if I try using reseller username and access key it wont connect.

I'm using a 3rd party script to do this but there is no problem with the script itself (other than it wont tell me exactly why it cant connect using the reseller key)

I've given the reseller the correct privilidges to be able to create accounts etc - I have also removed open basdir protection for the reseller as I saw a thread here that suggested to do this but the problem still persists. I cant work out why I can connect fine with the root details but not with the reseller. I've re-generated the access key but this has had no effect.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try to delete the reseller user and recreate again?

I was relying on the test option in the script.

Testing the connection was returing "Test FAILED: No response" So I didnt actually try and do anything.

Just for my own peace of mind, I tried suspending an account - It turns out that the connection works perfectly - its the connection test script that doesnt work!

Wasted a couple hours on that
