Reseller´s can create another reseller account?

just a simple question can reseller costumer create reseller account under they account ?

cPanel/WHM does not support multiple layers of Resellers. However, if a Reseller account is granted full privileges ("root" access) then yes, they can create Resellers, however those Reseller accounts will not be created under their account.
