    Default Reseller SSL

We currently have a reseller who is interested in offering a shared cert for her clients. We also offer this to our shared clients and right now we're having some issues with the setup for her clients. She has static IPs for her site and her 'main' IP with her shared cert. Her clients are installed on her main IP. When trying to access her shared cert it doesn't work with the ~. However, if we use our cert with the ~ it does. Is it possible to allow her to use her shared cert and have that domain show up instead of having to use the server's main IP?

No, that's the problem because that's exactly what we want.

if the dedicated ip address assigned to the ip reseller domain draws you the domains with the ~ usage, then it is a must that the domainname/~username/ should also work since the ssl is installed for the ip + domainname.

u will have to dig upon the conf more to check y this is happening.

    Default Tweak Security

I bet you've run the mod_userdir tweak and that's what's blocking ~user on her domain. Under Server Setup in WHM select Tweak Security and then under mod_userdir Tweak click on Configure. If the first checkbox is checked make sure that the box next to HER domain name is also checked, otherwise you won't be able to do resellerdomain.com/~user

Either uncheck the first checkbox (Enable mod_userdir Protection.) or find her main domain name in the list (the one she's running shared SSL on) and check the box next to hers to allow her to get around the protection for her domain. This should fix your problem I would think, assuming I'm right of course and that I'm not an idiot.

Not if his site wasn't already checked. If he set it up, he probably checked his since it specifically says to check the domains that you are going to run shared ssl off of.

Ok, now I feel stupid. That was a good call...I had checked the reseller site, but not the shared ssl site. Thanks for the nudge.
