Angry Resellers account showing wrong suspended page

    Hi,

We have a suspended page for our shared clients so it lets them know to contact us when their site is suspended, which is a handy feature.

THe problem is that when a reseller is suspended, the reseller site and the clients are getting our suspended page which is not very anonymous from a resellers point of view

In the past (years ago), it would just show a blank screen for resellers if they didnt have a suspend page...

Ok, if a reseller client's site is suspended, they will be redirected to http://resellersdomain/suspended.page/ for all requests
If the reseller's site itself is suspended, all requests for http://resellersdomain/ will be sent to http://servername/suspended.page/

This is the "correct operation". If the reseller was not suspended, then the visitor would see the resellers suspension page - but since the reseller is suspended, that page cannot be accessed.

What is you have another hosting site working off the same reseller? Is there any way to get the suspended.page not to be resellersdomain/suspended.page because dats not cool =P
