Reseller's Changing Client's IP Address

Hi

Is there anyway for a reseller accounts to change the IP address of sites under them?

The following is set:
1. Allow Creation of Packages with a Dedicated IP
2. Managed IP Delegation is set to 8 IPs
3. Package is set to allow Dedicated IPs

But under their WHM, there is no option to change the IP address of a site.

Is there anything I miss?

You use to be able to do this as a reseller. I normally visted the "list accounts" page and was able to use a drop down box next to the current IP. The list showed my delegated IP's. I can only create new accounts using one of my assigned IP's.

Bug or plan on changing it back?

This would be nice to have. I, as most, try not to use root access unless I really have to, allowing my reseller account to change a sites ip would be a plus for sure!
