Resellers Quota Problem - HELP

on some of our accounts, The resellers cant create any new accounts because of not having any space. However they have not used their given quota but the table on the bottom shows they are negative and they cant create any accounts.

For example they have created three accounts each at 50 MB but the table under the create account page shows that they used 600 MB Quota and they are 112 negative since they only could have used 488 MB !!

This has happened on some accounts today.

I ran scripts/fixquota but it does not seem to fix the problem.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
