I ran this script and I believe it is causing problems

To attepmt to fix, I ran these

/scripts...

fixmailman
reseteximtodefaults
eximup --force
mailperm

I sent an email from one domain to another local on the server with read receipt / delivery receipt - about 10 times now. Nothing shows up in tail log nor any receipt sent back

What is the cause now?

All the maillog files and spam_log files in /var/log are empty as well
