i restarted my server and my tmp directory doesn't exist. I mounted but i can't find this directory. I have backups in it. I didn't erase anything. Please say me how it is lost.

if you make a loop drive it sometimes have problems with fedora and centos use the /scripts/securetmp script
The /tmp directory (as well as /var/run) are "cleaned" by the OS on reboot. I can't say for sure if that applies for your distro, but it seems likely in your case.
Indeed. That's what tmpwatch is for and most OS's have a cron job that runs it. That's the whole point of /tmp - it's temporary and you should never store anything in it that isn't.
