restirct proxy connections

hello. is there a way to restrict visitors to a site if they are using a proxy? can this be done by site rather than whole server? i have many sites on the server, just need to restrict one site.

I'm trying to this also. I'd like to ban anyone from using a certain site who's accessing it through a proxy.
