Restore Backups after OS reload

Hello,

We have done a OS reload and is in the process of restoring the accounts...
However, i realized that my assigned IP addresses were all messed up...
(Tried Giving IP address, and without ...)

How can i restore the accounts so that the assigned IPs are as before?

Also, packages seem to be missing too... is there a way to get them back?
How can i restore the accounts/packages/IPs/DNS to the way it was before?

the admins at NOC and server provider has been slow in responding to my questions, and requests... I am hoping to find some answers here.

When you do the restore in WHM - select restore IP's.
