"Restore Backups" AND Restore a "Full Backup/cpmove file"

Basically I am not sure the difference between "Restore Backups" AND "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" in WHM.

I use the daily Cpanel Backup under "Configure Backup" and have always used "Restore Backups" to restore an account so what is "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" for?

Move is for when you are moving from one server to another - hence "Move."

Okay thanks. I have always moved accounts between servers using the transfer option "Copy an account from another server".

How are the backup files for "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" created. Are they done form the user's cpanel as opposed to from the cpbackup script?
