'Restore Backups' / 'Restore Multiple Backups' - No users listed!

Hi,

My server was unfortunately compromised so I did an OS reload - My /backup folder was on a secondary hard drive which I successfully mounted back up after the reload. I set the Backup Configuration in WHM to 'Restore Only', made sure it was pointing to /backup, though neither 'Restore Backups' nor 'Restore Multiple Backups' display any users for some reason. The backups are definitely there, though, so why aren't I able to select any users?

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi - this has been solved now. I had not enabled 'incremental backups'.
