    Default Restore Full Backup

Had issues with doing a WHM domain transfer to my new server, so I created a FULL backup using Cpanel for the account.

I have now moved the DNS, and ready to upload this tar.gz to the new location. I logged into the user account, but says only an administrator can resotre the backup. I also tried to log into the new user account with admin access, but only recognizes the client user/password.

I then went up to the WHM server account, but not see how to restore this type of backup???

    Any suggestions?

That type of restore can only be done via WHM and not a client cpanel. This is located under Backup>restore full backup/cpmove file

note that it lists where your backup file must be located.
