Default restore full backup not working

I want to restore a customer account that was deleted. I have their full backup available. I go into "WHM->Backups->Restore Full Backup/cpmove file". It lists the accountname.tar.gz file (it found it in /home). I type in the username, click restore, and WHM displays a blank screen and nothing appears to happen. Why would this occur? The file permissions should be good (world readable file, owned by root.root). How can I execute the restore manually from the command line? Thoughts?

    Thanks
