    Exclamation Restore Problems

    Hi, i make a remote backup (FTP) using the whm backup option.

    This is my configuration:
    Backup Status: enable
    Backup Interval: Daily
    Days to run backup: all
    Remount/Unmount backup drive: Disable
    Bail out if the backup drive: disable
    Incremental backup: disable
    Backup Accounts: Enable
    Backup Config Files: disable
    Sql Databases: Per Accounts and Entire Mysql dir
    Backup Raw Access Logs: disable
    Backup Type: remote ftp server
    Ftp Backup Host: 200.xxx.xxx.xxx (remote server)
    Ftp Backup User: user
    Ftp Backup Pass: pass
    Ftp Backup Directory: /directory
    Use Passive mode for Ftp: enable
    Backup Destination: /backup

    The backup works fine. I open an account backup an saw all site information...

    What is the problem ?

    When i want to make a restore (of any account) the server re-create the account, sub-domains, re-create the folders BUT the mysql database, html, cgi, images and email "files" In folders and any sub-folders are not copied.....

    Can any body tell me what is Wrong ????

    how i make the restore:
    I copy the account backup file (account.tar.gz) to: /backup/cpbackup/daily
    I go to whm->backup->Restore Backups
    Select Daily
    Select the account, recreate account, Restore SubDomain Entries, Restore Mail Config, Restore MySQL dbs
    Click in Star Restore....

    I Will apreciate any help about, i waiting configure this insue for make this server in production.

    I suggest you to better do it from shell rather than from WHM using the cPanel scripts :-
    /scripts/pkgacct << for creating the backup
    /scripts/restorepkg << for restoring it

    The above scripts should work fine for you.
