Restore the reseller site and got ownership problem !

Hello ,


i have terminated one of our resellers account website ( only main account which owns around 100 sites ) . therefore all his accounts ownership changed to root .

i have just restored the reseller account and still all the accounts are owned by root .

>>> if i check the Owner through >> List accounts <<
The owner of accounts is Root , but if i click on the root to update the new owner then WHM shows the reseller account as the owner .

i was wondering if anyone could help me to change the ownership back to the reseller name ,

WHM > Resellers > Change ownership of multiple accounts, select the Reseller, click Submit. On the next page select the users.

i have selected the reseller but those particular sites aren`t listed here ,

list Accounts >>> the owner is root but once you click on root you will see that the owner is still reseller ,

Hello

When you browse to "WHM >> Multi Account Functions >> Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts", you can simply select the accounts that you would like to change ownership of, and then choose the reseller at the bottom from the drop down list. Once you click "Change", it will update all of those accounts to the reseller selected.

Is that method not working properly for you?

Actually it doesn`t work since the owner is reseller but 'List account' shows the Root as the owner ,
the only solution i found is that change all the ownerships to another reseller and then change it back to the real reseller .

i was wondering if you could offer me a better solution !
