Restoring a full cPanel backup with WHM

Hi

I've made a full cPanel backup for my cPanel account. Having created a new account, what do I do next to restore this backup?

It says my only my administrator can do this... so I assume it can be done by WHM?

Quite new to this, so as step by step as possible would be great!

When logged in a root in WHM (which seems not to be an option for you), one has several options to transfer accounts between servers, and also to import from backups. The particular function in WHM is under the Backup heading, and called Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file

Oh, how strange, I don't have that header. I'm not the owner of the server, which is probably why.

Any suitable alternative you know of?

Then you may need to contact the server owner to restore it for you or else give that privilege.
