Default Restoring MYSQL databases from Fresh install

We had some technical difficulties with our old 7.3 box that required us to add a second HDD and install FC3 fresh.

I have most of the sites backed up but some arent.

I still have access to all files on the old box. Can I somehow transfer the old databases over?

Even if it's just the data I can redo the usernames.

    Thanks

If you have many clients, getting cPanel to backup clients' data on the old server, then transferring them to the new server is your best option. In this case, you can SSH to the old server and use of the commands either rsync or scp to transfer the data to the new server. It will be easy to resotre client's data including databases from backup.

Problem is I can't boot up the old server I have to use it as a slave in the new one.

As long as you have or can access the slave HD, that shouldn't be a problem. You can restore your clients' data from the old/slave HD.
