Thats because full backups cannot be restored via cpanel, they have to be uploaded to /home, /home2 (or whichever directory the accounts are located in)

You would then need to use the "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" link found via root whm.

If you are a shared or reseller hosting customer then you would have to upload the backup to below your public_html directory and ask your host to restore it, giving him both the filename and location of the backup.

If you are a shared or reseller customer and wish to download / restore your own backups you would be best using the "Download a home directory Backup" link and backing up each database seperatly.

    Hope that helps.

    this way worked

You would then need to use the "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" link found via root whm.
