Restoring a server without backup

The HD to be restored lies on the secondary slave and i want to restore it, but the last backup was from 3 months ago. There is a way to restore all files correspondent to the WHM, Cpanel and users accounts? which files and directories i must recovery?

our server change very much in 3 months, restoring the backup is not an option :/
