Restrict access to WHM

How I can restrict the access to WHM only from 1 IP?

Without doing advanced code customizing to WHM (which is probably against the License), you cannot. If you don't want people to have access to WHM then don't make them a Reseller. A 3rd party script might allow for a different type setup, if you want to search the script sites.
