    Can you send emails?
I made the installation without problems. The roudcube receives emails, but doesn't send anything (SMTP error i bealive).

There is a problem if you follow the cpanel installation instructions. You have to edit the php code.

In the /usr/local/cpanel/base/roundcube/skins/default/templates/compose.html at about line 31 (you can also search for post) and change the action for the form to be

    index.php

    instead of

    ./

This fixed my problem. It all seems to work pretty well, but it did take some getting used to have to double click to open mail.

I installed RoundCube Mail myself and it works fine for me. What error message do you get when you try to send ? Did you check /var/log/exim_mail.log ?

That tutorial was originally made by my good friend Scott at http://www.hostgeekz.com

You would also want to follow the directions on his website as it is an updated and seemless install.
