Default RPM List in WHM has Vanished?

    Hi,
I have a virtual dedicated server, With unlimited Whm/Cpanel
    [[ cPanel 11.24.4-R33609 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
    FEDORA 7 i686 on virtuozzo
    ]]
    {pd monthly through host},
Everything is doing great with just a couple of bumps, but I can't seem to get my WHM RPM list to show any rpm's.

It's been months since I checked or went to install a RPM, since before my host {GoDaddy} Upgraded our servers.

I have tried the Rebuild Rpm DB, did not resolve,
    Also checked /var/lib/rpm/ and see

    ./ Dirnames - Name - Pubkeys - Sigmd5 - __db.003
    ../ Filemd5s - Packages - Requirename - Triggername
    Basenames - Group - Providename - Requireversion __db.001
    Conflictname - Installtid -Provideversion - Sha1header - __db.002

Can some one Please advise me how to get WHM - RPM List to work?
or post me a link to any info on this issue.
    Thanx,
    Mike

comon you guys, I'm just looking for guidance, must it be like pulling teeth?

we pay for cpanel{10.00 monthly through Godaddy}, could we get some guidance without wasting the time at ticket center, which my tickets (2) never got resolved anyway, one actualy vanished.

if cpanel can't help, does any other users have suggestions??

    thanx,
    Mike.

This is usually indicative of issues with your system's package manager. What is the output from `yum -d 0 list`?

    well, no one at cpanel has offered any resolution, or even a non official response, I NEVER got ANY response on why my RPM list won't show in WHM, since I do have RPM Folder, and have added the RPM-FORGE to the system, now when i run yum -d 0 list , I get;

there are like 1000 of these, i don't know how to copy, and don't think i should put that much in one post, HOW do I get these to show in WHM RPM List??

I'm getting this exact same problem on 2 servers

    cPanel 11.24.4-S33345 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 REDHAT Enterprise 5.1 i686 on standard

    and

    cPanel 11.24.4-S33345 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 REDHAT Enterprise 5.2 i686 on standard

I've even upgraded one to the latest the current version but that has made no difference. Both servers are dedicated servers from The Planet.

yum -d 0 list gives the following

There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

    No module named storagefactory

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
    2.4.3 (#1, Dec 11 2006, 11:38:52)
    [GCC 4.1.1 20061130 (Red Hat 4.1.1-43)]

If you cannot solve this problem yourself, please go to
    the yum faq at:
    http://wiki.linux.duke.edu/YumFaq

Both servers were purchased at the same time although are slightly different spec.

The second server shows the following when running yum

I always had trouble getting my RPM list to populate in WHM with godaddy VPS... good luck to you, or perhaps its time to move away from Godaddy?
