rss feeds

Can someone please show me where I can *specifically* get rss feeds
for latest kernel security updates/releases, php security patches as well
(specifically cpanel enabled updates that is)?

I could not find these specific on kernel.org, centos.org, redhat.com
I specifically want RSS only, not atom nor mailing lists, etc.

redhat does provide https://rhn.redhat.com/rpc/recent-errata.pxt
