Default rsync backup to my local Windows server - what should I install?

    G'day.

I'd like to rsync/scp my cPanel backups from remote hosting linux server to our local Windows SBS 2003 machine. Firewall issues aside, what service/script should I be running on our Windows machine to permit this?

    I'd prefer a non-brainer solution rather than a full-on/command line/custom script solution if possible :-)

Or perhaps, rather than 'pushing' the backup files from Linux to Windows, perhaps it's easier to pull the files from the linux machine using a Windows program??

    Thanks v. much.
