rsync failure

I get this error when i try to run /scripts/updatenow


rsync: getaddrinfo: rsync.cpanel.net 873: Temporary failure in name resolution
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(97)

and when I do a /scripts/upcp I get this error


Bad arg length for Socket: ;;pack_sockaddr_in, length is 0, should be 4 at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Socket.pm line 373.

Hello,

The issue is because rsync.cpanel.net is not resolving on your server. Please see whether it is resolving on the server. You can use the telnet command to check this.

Check your DNS and ensure that it is resolving.

You may make some temporary arrangements to resolve rsync.cpanel.net like modifying /etc/resolve.conf and then use the command. It should work
