    Default Ruby cpanel default installation is not working at all?

    Hi guys, wondering if someone were able to get running ruby using the cPanel docs? I did follow the documentation and it loading the ruby placeholder page but thats it, when you click in the "About your application’s environment" link it showing error.
    I also did try a basic "hello world" test and is not working at all.

    Do really the cpanel script do install ruby or is not working?

    I also did open a ticket about it and the answer and the solution is completely useless from the cpanel tech....wondering why they do not escalate the ticket if they have no idea about the question/solution.

    You need to learn more about ruby on rails, I suggest reading the rails documentation. The "About your application’s environment" link you are talking about will only display information if you are loading it from the local machine, otherwise it will give an error.

    If you expect to get any more useful advice I suggest you provide more useful information, like what you have done. It looks like you don't have much of a clue about ruby or rails, how do you expect to get this working without learning about the tools you are using?

    Yes, I see many notes in that ticket since your last correspondence indicating that much testing has been done in terms of replicating the issue and trying to resolve it .
