Question Ruby on Rails Icon in cPanel?

I trying to install Ruby on Rails on my VPS running the following version of WHM / Cpanel:

    WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.4-S26138
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on virtuozzo - WHM X v3.1.0

I followed the instructions on this this page (http://www.cpanel.net/docs/ror/index.html) to install Ruby on Rails.

    Everything appeared to install cleanly.

After installing I found a page (Main >> Software >> Module Installers) that allows Ruby Gems to be configured.

Apparently there is supposed to be an icon available in cPanel that allows me to install and manage RoR applications under each cPanel account. I have checked and refreshed the cPanel page from top-to-bottom 10 or more times and cannot find anything resembling a Ruby on Rails icon.

Am I missing something? Do I have to enable Ruby on Rails in WHM so that cPanel accounts can use it?

I would appreciate any assistance that members of the forum can give.

    Thanks and regards.

What theme are you using for your cPanel interface?

    regards,
Check your feature lists (WHM -> Packages -> Feature Manager), please ensure that "Install Ruby Modules" is selected. Ensure that it is selected in the "disabled" feature list as well as the feature list assigned to your account (typically "default").
