Default Run Account Copier From The Command Line

Since the account copier does not work anymore via WHM, I'd like to try and run it via the command line.
Is there any such way to do this inside the /scripts directory?

I see that there is a pkgacct, unpkgacct, cpaneldownload.cgi, cpaneldownacct.cgi, etc.

Is there any way to run these scripts in unison through one script?

Or if not, can you please tell me which scripts to run and in what order?

    Thanks!
