    Default running updatenow and getting hackcheck

    Hello!

    When I am running /scripts/updatenow
    I get:

    Updating /scripts...rename "/scripts/.hackcheck.MB1kTh" -> "hackcheck": Operatio
    n not permitted
    rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(1048)

    What does it mean and what I should do with this?

    Thank you.

    It probably means that the file has the immutable bit set so that CPANEL cannot remove it and replace it with a new copy.

    In most redhat-type linux environments

    chattr -i /scripts/hackcheck

    will do the trick. FreeBSD uses a different command to do the same thing.
