    Default script: helpdesk.cgi or realhelpdesk.cgi

    Hi.
    Can anyone offer me any enlightenment on the two scripts named helpdesk.cgi & realhelpdesk.cgi? Are they functional? What are the potential paramaters available and syntax to call them?
    Their location is \"/usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/\"
