scripts/servup does not work

When I run servup in whm, (http://domain.com:2086/scripts/servup), it never loads. I have searched, but have not found an answer. This is how far I get.

Same problem here. Been picking on it for hours and not found an answer yet.

I deleted all of the deny_hosts.rules on APF and that didn't work.
