    Default /scripts/upcp confirmation.

Hi, could someone confirm the following?

The nightly cronjob of /scripts/upcp does NOT upgrade cpanel if you selected "Manual updates only" in your WHM. However, if you run /scripts/upcp from the command line it *will* upgrade cpanel.

I can only assume that /scripts/upcp knows it is being called via cron, and does not actually upgrade core cpanel?

IIRC the cron relates to the nightly auto upgrades set in:
WHM Server Configuration >> Update Config >> cPanel Package Updates
    and
WHM Server Configuration >> Update Config >> Security Package Updates
    When set to automatic

    and will also include:
WHM Server Configuration >> Update Config >> cPanel/WHM Updates if you set this to Automatic (Build Tree) instead of Manual (Build Tree)

    Default but..

    Hi,

Yep I know that.. but if you run /scripts/upcp from the command line it will upgrade you to the latest version, even if you have WHM Server Configuration >> Update Config >> cPanel/WHM Updates = Manual.
