When cpanel updates, were seeing this error and thought it should be noted.

We're getting this today:

Unable to retrieve file
Unable to retrieve file

After it adds contact info. It then skips several pages of checks and updates of the norm and jumps to updating the Cpanel package. But I'm sure this is just a temporary missing file, and Nick will have it back in no time.
