/scripts/upcp hang at "Updating services & databases..."

I see this issue couple of times either from the Cron Daemon email or when i tried to do /scripts/upcp from SSH (including WHM of course)
/scripts/upcp always hang at "Updating services & databases..." nothing comes up after that, anyone can help me out with this?

What does ps auxf output for child processes of upcp?

jesus... found the solution, at least the upcp goes normally...

Backup , then move away the "__" files in /var/lib/rpm
Kill the hung rpm process

This should resolve the issue
