Search engin problem ! HELP !!!

Hello all
I have problem with search engin not being able to get date of my files on server, so it cant know when they have been updated.
Also it can not get encoding of document

Please help help help !

Search engines will be running an crawler to find the last modified date of an particular web page. This information can be got by the crawler from the properties of the web page.

I doubt, You disabled search engines from indexing your site
