Security Issue with phpMySql and IE7

Has anybody heard of an issue with IE7 and Cpanel where somebody using IE7 can see all the databases on the server? I just had a customer send me this:

I found out that there is a bug in cpanel related to databases if client
is using IE7 that is allowing view access to a user for
all databases on the server.

I don't have that issue, but there is an issue with some versions of cpanel where a bug allowed that, but had nothing to do with the actual browser version.
