SECURITY: possible to double use resources
Reseller can use resources that you allocate to him double, triple etc...
He can create account and use almost all the bandwidth from it.
Then he delete this account and create another one - and you all the bandwidth from it.
Then he can delete it and create it again and again - and WHM stilll shows he can create new account, i.e. previously deleted account bandwidth not added into statistic.
