I receive e-mail that sent to me with huge delay (some times 7-8 hours) and I can't send e-mail from my account(it shows that my e-mail sent but in fact it didn't send).
How can i found the problem?

Do you have access to the exim log files in root SSH? If so, you could check for the email you tried to send with this command to see any errors:
Please replace recipient@domain.com with the email address you are trying to send to there.Code:exigrep recipient@domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
If you do not have access to root SSH, please contact your hosting provider to ask for assistance.
